Toro & Tides offers apparel and goods designed with purpose. We provide a platform to purchase physical products through this site, and we may share mission-related content, updates, and information to support brain injury awareness and rehabilitation.

Orders, Payment & Pricing

By placing an order, you agree that:

• You are responsible for reviewing the full product description before purchasing.

• You enter into a legally binding contract to purchase once you complete checkout.

• All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase via the payment options listed at checkout.

Prices listed on our website are subject to change at any time. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, cancel orders with incorrect prices, and update product details without notice.

Applicable sales tax and/or processing fees may be added at checkout where required by law.

Order Changes & Cancellations

We begin processing orders shortly after they are placed. Because of this, we cannot guarantee any changes or cancellations once your order is confirmed.

If you need to update or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible via our Contact Page. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but we make no guarantees.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders typically ship within 2–5 business days. Shipping timelines may vary depending on your location and external factors such as carrier delays, weather, or customs.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. We are not responsible for delays or lost items once your order is in the hands of the carrier. 

Returns & Exchanges

Because each item is custom-printed, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or ordering mistakes. We only offer replacements for items that arrive damaged, defective, or misprinted.

If there’s a problem with your order, please contact us within 21 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll work with you to make it right. To start a return or exchange, please visit our Contact Page.

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet our return policy.

If a return is approved as an exception, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

Product Availability & Limited Runs

Some of our pieces are offered in small batches or limited runs. Once they’re gone, they may not be restocked. We recommend purchasing items you love while they’re available.
