At Toro & Tides, we do our best to get your order to you as smoothly and quickly as possible. Below you'll find everything you need to know about shipping timelines, tracking, and support.

Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States only. We hope to offer international shipping in the future — join our newsletter to be the first to know when we do.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–7 business days. Processing time can vary depending on a few factors, including:

  • Time of year or seasonal demand

  • Product availability from our suppliers

  • Size or complexity of your order

 

Occasionally, processing may take a little longer due to:

  • Temporary stock issues (requiring supplier restock)

  • A quality check that triggered a product reprint

  • Bulk orders of 12+ items

 

If your order hasn't shipped within 7 business days of purchase, feel free to reach out — we'll be happy to look into it.

Estimated Shipping Time

Once shipped, most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the contents of your order.

Tracking Your Order

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on the way. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking info to begin updating.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Please make sure your shipping information is accurate before completing your order. We can’t be held responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned to us, re-shipping fees may apply.

Delays or Lost Deliveries

If your package hasn’t arrived within 10 business days of the shipment confirmation, reach out to us and we’ll do our best to help resolve the issue.
