We hope you love your Toro & Tides piece — it was made with care, and we stand behind the quality. But if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Because every item is printed just for you, we don’t hold inventory or process traditional returns. That means we can’t offer exchanges or refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or ordering errors.
That said, we take quality seriously — and we’ll absolutely make things right if:

Your item arrives damaged or defective

There’s a misprint, flaw, or production error

You received the wrong item
What We’ll Do
If your item arrived with a defect or issue, we’ll replace it at no cost to you.
Just send us a message within 21 days of receiving your order with:

A clear photo of the item and the issue

Your order number

A brief description of the problem
We’ll get back to you quickly and walk you through the next steps.

What We Can’t Accept
Because each item is made-to-order and we don’t hold stock, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for:

Incorrect sizing (please check the sizing guide before ordering)

Change of mind

Ordering the wrong item or quantity
We know online sizing can be tricky, so we do our best to provide clear sizing charts and descriptions for each item. If you're ever unsure, feel free to contact us before ordering — we’re happy to help.
While we do not accept returns for change of mind, if an exception is made at our discretion, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. All approved returns must be received in original, unworn condition.
