Circumference: Wrap a non-stretchable measuring tape around your head to find your circumference. Start the tape at the center of your forehead and bring it around the back of your head, keeping it about 1″ (2.5 cm) above your ears. Mark where the tape meets the starting point, carefully remove it, and note the measurement.

Height: Measure from the base of the cap (just above the brim) straight up to the highest point of the crown.

Brim Length: Measure from the edge of the brim closest to the hat to the front edge at the center of the brim.

Brim Width: Measure across the brim from one edge to the other (horizontally), following its widest point.
